Addison Park offers a practical mix of apartment and community amenities designed to make daily living easier. Inside select homes, features may include built-in desks, built-in microwaves, wood-style plank flooring, nine-foot ceilings, exterior storage, patios or balconies, and washer and dryer connections. Around the community, residents can enjoy a swimming pool, fitness center, playground, children’s activity center, business center, carports, controlled access entry, clothes care facility, and outdoor kitchen with grilling stations.

Pet Policy
Addison Park is a pet-friendly community. Every resident — pet owner or not — completes an Animal/Pet Screening Application through our screening partner, PetScreening, at addisonpark.petscreening.com before move-in.
Pet Fees & Rent
Each charge is separate and additive — not one or the other.
Pet Fee$300, one-time and non-refundable, per pet. Paid to Addison Park.
Pet Rent$20 per month, per pet. Paid to Addison Park.
PetScreening Fee$20 per pet, billed annually and paid directly to PetScreening (not to the property). No-pet profiles and approved Emotional Support / Service Animal profiles are free.
Animal Screening
Each animal profile requires the animal’s name, a photo, current vaccination records, and microchip information (if applicable).
Restricted Breeds
As an industry liability standard — not a judgment of any individual animal — the following breeds, and mixes of them, are restricted: Pit Bull breeds (American Pit Bull Terrier, Staffordshire Terrier, etc.), Rottweiler, Akita, Mastiff / Bullmastiff breeds, Alaskan Malamute, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Siberian Husky, Chow Chow, Wolf Hybrid, Great Dane, Presa Canario, and Cane Corso — plus any additional city-specific breed restrictions. This list does not apply to approved Emotional Support or Service Animals.
Assistance Animals
Emotional Support & Service Animals
Assistance animals are not pets. They are reasonably accommodated for any lease holder or occupant; are exempt from Pet Fees, Pet Rent, breed restrictions, and PetScreening charges; and are verified through the same PetScreening application at no cost. A signed letter from a qualified professional establishing the need is required.
